Kosher certification

All our products are certified Kosher & approved by the Jewish Community Counsel of Montreal (JCCM).  All our products harbor they MK logo (Montreal Kosher). Constant monitoring of the facilities and product composition, manufacturing & identifying are some of the certification criterion and comply with the “Grand Rabbinat du Québec”.


Organic certification

All our products are certified and approved by Bio-Ecocert and comply with the E.U. laws and with the U.S. National Organic Program (NOP). Certified Ecocert-Canada organic products ensure that controls & regulations for product manufacturing & marketing have been applied all along the way and at every step.


JAS certification

All our products are certified and approved by Japanese Accreditation System (JAS).  Under the JAS certification, products are not only certified organic but are also certified that they are produced by organic farms. Fruit d’Or was certified JAS in October 2005


C-TPAT

Fruit d’Or has been an active member of the C-TPAT program (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism, under the authority of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency) since June 2007. The C-TPAT program is a joint venture between the U.S. government and businesses that aims to develop a business relationship awhile securing the U.S.-Canadian border and business supply chains.

AIB certification

All our products are certified and approved by the American Institute of Baking (AIB). Facility-wide compliance with strict regulations ensures a higher sanitation level. We guaranty our customers that the product packaging material is manufactured and shipped in the cleanliest way possible.


HACCP certification

 
The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is currently under way and Fruit d’Or should be certified soon. Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a systematic and preventive approach to achieve food safety standards during production or distribution of food and beverages. During the development of a HACCP system potential hazards are identified and control measures put in place to prevent, reduce, or eliminate these hazards and ensure food safety.
