FSSC 22000

Approved by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative), FSSC 22000 is a management system on food safety based on ISO 22000: 2005 and the prerequisite programs, BSI PAS 220 to better manage and ensure the safety of food products.


Melted Brie with Fruit d'Or organic berries

Melted Brie with Fruit d'Or organic berries


Serving: 4-6 portions
Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

- 1 small Brie cheese Wheel
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup (or more to taste)
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) Fruit d'Or dried whole organic cranberries or dried whole organic mixed berries
- Pine nuts


This recipe can be done with any size of brie cheese Wheel. Put the brie in an oven plate (a pie plate for example). Pour syrup on the cheese, a good quantity until the cheese is all covered. Put Fruit d'Or dried whole organic cranberries and/or dried whole organic mixed berries until cheese is fully covered.

Place in oven and bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes or until cheese has soften. Take out of the oven and cover with pine nuts. Serve with slices of bread.
