1 round Brie or Camembert
Sweet cranberry mix RO*
¼ cup approximately of grilled almonds, sliced

*Cranberry mix
½ cup frozen cranberries
¼ cup water (or orange juice)
½ cup sugar (or maple syrup
Cook the cranberries in the sugar mixture for about twenty minutes.
Strain the juice off the cranberries and grind them in a coffee grinder.


Cut the round cheese in half crosswise.
Remove a thin layer of cheese from one half.
Stuff with the cranberry mix using a spoon
Put the other half on top.
Cover the top with honey.
Sprinkle the grilled almonds
Bake in the oven at 300°F for 15 minutes.
