FSSC 22000

Approved by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative), FSSC 22000 is a management system on food safety based on ISO 22000: 2005 and the prerequisite programs, BSI PAS 220 to better manage and ensure the safety of food products.


Fruit d’Or Couscous salad


1 cup (250 ml) cooked couscous
1 green apple, finely diced
1 shallot, diced
1 celery stick, finely diced
1 cucumber, finely diced
½ cup (70g) Fruit d’Or dried cranberries
¾ cup (190 ml) fresh parsley, chopped

Salad dressing
¼ cup (65 ml) olive oil
¼ cup (65 ml) lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste


Pour ½ teaspoon of lemon juice over the diced apple
Combine the vegetables with the apple
Prepare the dressing, add to the fruit and vegetable mixture and toss gently
Add the couscous and the parsley and mix carefully.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.
Serve chilled!
